Overtaking Lane on Motorways
Drove from Limerick to Dublin and back today. As a nation we are either incredibly ignorant or just arrogant drivers. Lane one or the “slow lane” was empty a nearly all times. Meanwhile the overtaking lane was jammed.
What’s worse is when you get behind someone they move into lane one after an eternity of blocking the overtaking lane then pull straight back out into the overtaking lane.
It causes so much frustration and undertaking. It’s a mess. I genuinely think this is something that should be addressed.
