Hey everyone,
I was involved in an accident caused entirely by the driver of a bus (KA-20-AB-9797).
Instead of showing basic decency or checking on anyone, the driver was aggressively rude and completely dismissive of the damage and danger caused.
I am so annoyed right now and just need to vent.
I went to MCODS today, checked in, and waited in the lobby. I sat there for three whole hours. I thought maybe they were just super busy.
But after wasting my entire afternoon, someone finally came up to me and said, "Sorry, you have to come back tomorrow."
Seriously? Why couldn't they tell me that three hours ago? Why make a patient sit there for half the day if they already knew they couldn't see me?
It is so frustrating when hospitals act like our time doesn't matter at all. Has anyone else had this happen to them at MCODS? Because this is just terrible service.
