Took my first nbme today with 56.5% correct (113/200). Uworld is at 47% with 44% correct. How should I move forward?

I'm currently 50% through uworld averaging at 45% correct.

Went from 65% to 30% correct on the same day on different blocks 😭 uworld's gonna drive me crazyyy

So it's basically less than 2 blocks and I finished them with 47 & 55% corrects. What else should I do? I mean, if more questions then what resource?

So I'm an fmg and studying to sit for step 1 this year, and I have joined a lot of usmle related group chats both on WhatsApp and telegram. Now this supposed Indian medical graduate texts me on WhatsApp (from one of these groups) and asked me basic fkn details about exam scheduling procedures and stuff, but before that mera hi bio data le raha hai, even though I told him that I'm an fmg intern, he further asked me where am I an intern (in my college duh), he went on to ask me if I'm done with fmge or not. Like wtf? did he need a parameter to judge me before he can actually talk to me? By the way he spoke, it seemed as if he's trying to show off that he's really studious and busy with exams (he later mentioned that he'll look into step 1 after NEET PG and after that he has INICET in two days) like bitch I never asked?

He wasn't really asking what his concern was and faltu details le raha hai mere bare me ki if i wanna settle in the US etc. How is it any of his business?? Tab bhi i clarified whatever his doubts were. (2 hi the bakwas se)

But he really crossed all the limits when first off he DID NOT thank me for all the time I wasted and second he told me "I COULD TEXT HIM IF I HAD ANY DOUBTS/HELP IN STUDIES"

What makes him think he would be able to solve my doubts??

I won't say I'm a misandrist but I really hate the audacity. Him being a male and an Indian medical graduate on top of that would have really fed his ego. How dare he?

TL;DR:

An FMG preparing for Step 1 joined USMLE group chats and got messaged by an Indian medical graduate who kept asking unnecessary personal and academic questions instead of getting to the point. The person came across as arrogant and self-important, subtly bragging about exams like NEET PG and INICET, while probing into the user’s background and future plans. After the user still helped answer his doubts, he didn’t even say thanks and instead acted condescending by offering help in return, which the user found audacious and ego-driven.

So a friend of my friend is a 1/2nd year homeopathic medicine student and apparently she goes to some government medical hospital (allopathic) in Delhi. They've been alloted the hospital by their college fyi for mandatory 'duty'. She says she's already been inside the Delivery ward and watched a few NSVDs. What the actual fuck? And she goes there everyday!!!

2 weeks into dedicated and all systems are ranging 35-55% corrects. brutally underperformed in Biochemistry. need help.
