I’m fairly risk adverse and this is a small tranche of my mortgage ($185k +/-) but also .3 difference seems pretty big!

KFC Dom Road crash
Poor old lady (93 according to the workers) got tapped left rear side by the creepy boy on Dom Road, then lost control and swerved across the road, over the curb into KFC parking lot, hit another 1-2 cars that got pushed into other cars and then finally stopped by the drive through. No major injuries I’m told. Drive to the conditions people
