My experience got skyrocket since then. I used to work as an application consultant or IT administrator and it helped me to understand technical processes.
In my position as a solution engineer I have to transfer business logic in technical workflows. Simply said I build intelligent workflows with AI decision making and integrate different systems like shops, erp, task management tools, parcel shipping tools and so on. Everything whit an API is connectable and since then over 80 projects and probably 50 different API integrations and way more than 40h a week I solve business problems and my customers saves a ton of money.
It is the way to go! I am not a friend of full automations, in some cases it makes sense in other I will always suggest a human in the loop. Working with AI instead of fully outsourcing humans.
