Vintage lenses you use in day to day work?

I don’t have a camera, I always rent for work, but I’m thinking of buying an fx3 or panasonic s5iix and using vintage lenses at first to save money. Which lenses for any brand is a good choice? I need a 35mm, maybe a 24mm, and some 135mm or something? A lot of good vintage glass has character but it doesn’t always work with typical event or wedding work.

I keep talking intensely, and I can’t accept that.

I like most things about my adhd, the intensity of feeling, the impulsivity, the speed, but I can’t get over the way I talk. It’s like I’m full of intense energy all the time and I want to release through talking loudly and intensely. I mean is there a way to change that? And the biggest problem is that if I don’t do that I block my emotions completely, so I can talk normally and calmly. Can something be done? Like being aware of that, and still keeping the emotions but expressing them differently?
