Found Footage #3 is the story of a man told backwards
In found #3 we see several signs that other people were living in the part of the backrooms that Ravi explored. I believe all of these people were one person. That person being the man who falls into the Backrooms near the end of tape. We will call this man "Jack" for the sake of convenience.

Jack's story starts like this. It's the late 2000's. Jack is a family man and model American. He's up late at night after someone was talking to his kids and he's on the phone with (presumeably) his wife discussing what to do. He hears a man's disembodied voice speak to him through his walls. The man pleads for help. While trying to rescue this man he falls into the Backrooms. He is flung back in time to before Ravi entered the complex. In Ravi's time he knocks over his picture - this photo symbolizes him "falling in the Backrooms."

Jack's "fall" is very unpleasant. He does not make a clean entry and his foot becomes stuck in the floor of his bizarro house. Jack is forced to amputate his own foot after a few hours of agony. He uses a bottle of Jack Daniels as a form of anesthesia before exiting the house. As he exits the house he knocks over a chair and leaves the door open.

Jack wanders around the complex for a long time. He leaves blood stains on the tunnels surrounding his house and doesn't venture far until he finds no easy way out near the home.

At some point Jack is chased by a hostile entity and forced to barricade himself into an area of the complex. He retires to to small room and spends the rest of his time scribbling on small scraps of paper and arranges the books in the room in a circle (I don't know why he does this, perhaps he was talking to someone over the intercom and they told him to). He tries to rest in the corner, but he ends up succumbing to injuries.

I like this theory because it ties up a lot of loose ends when it comes to the clues we see in the video. It's also really good from a narrative perspective.
Before I finish this post I want to say that Backrooms #3 features a lot of pre-school imagery and I haven't seen anyone point it out. I've seen people talk about the oriental imagery, but they gloss right over those plastic chairs, and the toy car placemat.
