10 weeks post op phalloplasty

Hey all, just an update as I’m 10 weeks and 6 days post op Stage 1 Phalloplasty with UL (Urethral Lengthening) the team said it’s all healing well, despite some small set backs the external healing is doing amazingly. The area that split open on my left buttocks incision has pretty much sealed shut now, just one small corner left. I’m veryyyy happy with my size, so much of my dysphoria has been lifted already. I’m excited for stage 2 and to have a total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and vaginectomy!

Hey all, I’m almost 28. If it matters to you to know, I’ve been on T for 12 years, post op top surgery 8 years and post op lower surgery 🍆 by 6 weeks. I’m a single dad, looking to make new friends (whether online or in person), have new chats, go on dates, etc..just whatever happens, happens. I’m cool for whatever, I don’t openly love as a trans guy either. I’m very “stealth” and don’t talk about it unless I have to, that’s just me.
