Hello 👋 is anyone aware of or interested in meeting for casual nature wallks in the ft o battlefield? Cptsd related, nature walks seem to help me a lot.

Just got word tgat my ESA us no longer an ESA. Ive been approved for ssi benefits for 2 years and have my esa official for 7. Kinda feeling overwhelmed and seeing the forest through the trees ... thinking I need an 'exit' plan with how things look. Trying to hold on but thinking I shouldn't cuz I realized i havent felt safe around people ever... and can't afford to get away from them either. Its like I choose suffering everyday with people constantly telling me overtly or covertly how cruel they're willing to be to feel better about themselves.
