Pain relief

Not sure if this could help anyone else for some pain relief but after a bowel movement I immediately take a sitz bath for 10-15 min then lay in my bed butt naked on my belly and within another 10ish minutes my pain subsides. It doesn’t help if I’m laying on my side but when I’m on my belly, booty up, I get so much relief

I’m tired of eating the same freaking foods 😭 all I’ve had in 3 weeks is oatmeal, kiwis, yogurt, steamed veggies and water. I’ve lost 10 pounds. I only weigh 110 I’m 22F and 5’4.. please give me other options while I’m still healing but so I don’t starve to death

What kinda life is this.

How does anyone live a normal life like this? I have a concert in a week, I work full time and I’m just silently in pain… what kind of life is this.

Dr butlers cream

Did anyone have any luck with the dr butlers fissure ointment from amazon? I thought about ordering some to help with pain since I know I can’t use hydrocortisone lidocaine long term

Are there people with actual success stories

All I see all over the internet are people who have never healed, suffered with this for 10-15 years and I just want to see the stories where people actually healed and were fine after.

I finally went to the ER

3 weeks ago I (22F) started experiencing excruciating pain going to the bathroom so after about a week of it not going away I went to the doctor. They took a look and said it was a hemorrhoid but I didn’t believe it because my pain wasn’t on the hemorrhoid it was on the top on my anus. They prescribed me hydrocortisone with lidocaine and sent me on my way. About a week and a half later my pain wasn’t really improving so I decided to just go to the ER. There I was properly diagnosed with a small 2mm fissure and had a ct scan done to make sure it wasn’t too deep or anything else was wrong. I am relieved to at least know what it truly is now. They also prescribed me hydrocortisone with lidocaine but after doing my research I heard it’s not good for fissures. They also gave me a referral to see GI because there aren’t colorectal doctors close to where I live. My anxiety is still Intense just because the pain, I haven’t ate In over 24 hours just a couple bites of a banana and my mental health has never been so bad. I’m really praying this heals like it’s supposed to. I wish fissures were like normal skin cuts where you just apply neosporin and call it a day.

Help

I’ve been dealing with a fissure for about 2 1/2 weeks. I went to the doctor for severe pain when going to the bathroom and they told me it was a hemorrhoid which yes it was that too but I’m also 90% sure I have a fissure.. I’ve never been in so much pain in my life. I went the last 2 days with no pain and yesterday evening I had a harder BM which caused a little bit of discomfort and now I’m spiraling. I can’t sleep, I can’t eat, I feel like ima throw up and I have so much anxiety I’m only 22 I can’t live like this. I’m so so lost
