I’ve been working on something called StartupsMap:

The idea is simple:

There are thousands of startups being built every day, but discovering them, the founders behind them, and what they’re building is still surprisingly fragmented.

So I’m building a global map/directory where people can:

• Discover startups
• Explore what they’re building
• Find founders and company information
• Discover startups by location and industry
• Give startups another channel for visibility

I’ve started onboarding startups and founders, but I’m still figuring out what would actually make this useful for founders.

So I want to hear from founders here.

If you’re building a startup:

1. Would you list your startup on something like this?
2. What would make you come back regularly?
3. What information would you want people to see about your startup?
4. Would startup discovery, founder discovery, hiring, networking, or customer discovery be most valuable to you?
5. What would make you recommend a platform like this to another founder?

I’m not looking for compliments. Tell me what’s missing, what’s useless, or what you would change.

Today I learned about the Winter Arc, and I found the idea interesting.

It is basically a 90-day period from October 1 to December 29 where you intentionally focus on yourself instead of waiting for January 1 to start changing your life. For these 90 days, you can focus on your career, fitness, learning, finances, building a side project, improving your routine, reading more, or simply becoming more disciplined.

The goal is not to completely transform your life overnight, but to make small improvements every day and stay consistent even when nobody is watching. By the time the new year arrives, you are not making another list of resolutions or starting from zero.

You have already spent 90 days building habits, learning, working, and becoming a better version of yourself. Your Winter Arc is basically about starting before everyone else starts.

I’m starting my Winter Arc on October 1.
