Why is the online application so picky?

Doesn't take any high-school for an answer?? Only universities?

I have to pick a major I just said general studies cause like... thats what high-school is..

Ive applied to many jobs and this website has been probably the worst one ive seen.

Me and only 1 friend have trouble connecting to each other in games.

Idk if this is the correct flair so sorry if its not.

Me and one friend have terrible problems connecting to each other in peer to peer games.

If I host the game will be fine for everyone but once they join it becomes unplayable laggy.

When they host everyone can play fine but once I join the game becomes unplayably laggy.

When another friend hosts there is no issue when either or both of us join the game.

Its frustrating because its causing a lot of games to be unplayable for my group.

For months ive been having this issue where sometimes I load up a game(any game) and the audio is backwards in my headset. Sometimes its not backwards.

Before anyone goes "youre wearing your headphones backwards" no i am not. This issue is only for videogames. I can do spatial audio tests on my computer and I also can do spatial audio tests on YouTube and they are totally fine, but in game the audio is backwards.

Over the months ive done so many things that only temporarily solve the problem. I cant even begin to list all the different settings I changed and stuff I adjusted and even then this problem still persists.

A common "fix" i have found is right clicking the volume icon on my windows task bar, then switching from headphones to monitor speakers, then switching back to headphones and thatll solve it 99% of the time. But still jere and there it fails and I just gotta play a game with audio backwards for some reason.

I haven't tried other headsets simply cause im broke and usually I can temporarily fix it so dont feel the urgent need to get a new headset, but its also I dont know if it is my headset or if its something with my computer.

Im on a windows computer and the headset is a HyperXQuadCast Series S.
