We should go upto cute strangers on our friend’s behalf
Today I was having lunch with a friend and she saw a guy across the room and thought he was cute. I waited till she went to the bathroom and went up to him. I told him my friend thought he was very attractive and that he should come say hello (if he’s single) when she’s back. He said “well I’ll come say hi then”. He was so so proper, came and said hello with his friend, joined us for a bit. Chit chatted my friend and took her number. It was such a refreshing experience. She said he seemed a little too young for her but it seemed like they had a great convo. I was happy for both of them and mostly for my courage and badassery.
Either way, now I’m going to go up to guys on my friend’s behalf now and be the voucher, get people talking. Maybe they’ll name their kid after me one day, if not it was still a fun lunch!!
