Hi! I really want to try a disc, particularly for an upcoming anniversary trip during which I’m most likely going to be on my period. I am scareddddddd of suction and something getting stuck. I had a baby 3 years ago and the cervical checks during labor were numerous and brutal and I have some trauma around that. I felt like whole arms were up me so I’m pretty sure I have a quite high cervix. I’m 34 and would like to use it during sex. Has to be easy to remove so I don’t panic.

What would you suggest?
