Should I go up to 12.5?

I’m an athlete. I play tennis competitively and weight lift so I don’t subscribe to forced deficits. I have to fuel my workouts properly or my performance tanks. I’ve been on a plateau for six months. Went up from 7.5 to 10 and nothing. Still stuck 6lbs from goal. I’ve been on 10 for 10 weeks now. Now I’m considering moving up.

Any other athletes or athletic people who can share their experiences? Please don’t suggest cutting calories - this approach does not work for me. I lived on 1200 calories for years while trying to maintain my performance and was 45lbs overweight (and my performance sucked). My performance has been the best it has ever been but I want to get to goal!

I think Helen is the author of the Mission Diaries

I was rewatching last week and noticed when Helen meets with Charlotte at the clinic, she brings out her notebook to try to run details about the mission with her. The later, in the silo, they are reading the last entry when they mention that Mission is a porter and they are reporting they are forgetting and that she doesn’t want to forget Allie. I’m thinking Allie is Helen’s daughter. Maybe once in the silo Helen is given a job as a porter and she continues to write in the same notebook once she’s in. She probably kept the same notebook when she was going back to the silos completed to continue writing now that she was going to learn a bit more about it.

Is this obvious to everyone else? Or a dumb theory?
