My class was canceled help

(Kind of an anxiety induced rant sorry)
I was an enrolled in the cna certificate program for my local campus. I was supposed to have my orientation today but I woke up to an email that said the program was canceled due to the instructor quitting. I emailed my advisor and tried calling but I had no luck getting a hold of them. I know there’s a chance that I could be overreacting but this can’t wait. Classes start in two weeks.
There’s another campus about 30 minutes away from me that I called. I was able to get a hold of someone in enrollment about transferring to their program. There are only two more open spots left in the course and I’m so nervous that by the time I can get a hold of the department chair and she can approve me for the program that those spots will be taken already.
I’m so anxious that everything is going to fall apart. I just finished paying out of pocket what my financial aid won’t cover and I won’t be eligible for financial aid without the credit hours from this class. I’m trying to work towards my future and this feels like a huge slap to the face from the universe. I know it’s a really busy time of year for staff and it’s going to be hard to get a hold of people but does anybody know how I can expedite this process?

Knee brace???

Hiii! My knees have really been feeling after it the past few games I’ve played. I got better pads that are made for derby and they’ve helped a bit but it’s still painful after playing specifically around my lcl area. Ik wftda insurance doesn’t do much and I’m scared of messing up my knees so I’ve been thinking about getting a hinged knee brace to skate in so my leg won’t bend all wonky but I’m not sure how realistic that would be. I feel like it might make me more likely to get other injuries bc I would lose some mobility wearing it? I’m wanting to start strength training the muscles around my knees too so that I’ll be less likely to hurt them but do any of you guys have any advice? Anyone have experience skating with a brace that they could share?
