You can put a hat on the dog?!??!
I knew about putting a hat on the horse, but I had no idea about the dog. I accidentally gave him a hat when he got in the way of me swapping out the horse's hat. Now little Sep wears a captain's hat 🥹

They're a little well done, but so good! Just some bread with green peppers, onions, olives (already had these chopped in the fridge) with pizza sauce and mozzarella. Thrown in the air fryer until toasty
I've had common milkweed in my garden for about 3 years now and I finally saw a monarch! I didn't get a picture because the little bitch was speedy. But I'm very excited and had to share the news with people who would appreciate it.
Had crazy storms all week long and they knocked over my milkweeds. But the bugs are not deterred! Saw this little guy fluttering around the flowers today.
I have a grade 1 spondylitisthesis (L5-S1) and my symptoms started around around 8 years ago. It started mostly with just sharp nerve pain in my left buttocks. It slowly got worse and now it's all the way down to my toes on my left leg with intermittent pain on the right side. I had an MRI and X-ray 5 years ago that revealed the condition along with showing the sciatic nerve being pinched on both sides. I've had two epidural shots within this time frame with the most recent one being two weeks ago. My symptoms are mostly better but days where I walk a lot I do get a "flare up".Anyway, for the past 3 years or so I've randomly gotten severe cramping (like Charley horse) in left leg. This happens mostly in the middle of night when I'm sleeping. I'll literally wake up with the most debilitating cramp and have to practically crawl to the kitchen to get some electrolytes in me. Since the electrolytes have been the only thing to ever make the cramping go away, I take them on a daily basis but I still occasionally get the cramps. I'll also occasionally get cramps in my toes and have to try to walk it off. I've noticed the cramping almost always happens in my left leg where my sciatica symptoms are worse. It also seems to happen when my sciatica symptoms seem to be at their peak. I'm wondering now if these are related. I've tried researching this and I can't seem to find any connection between nerve issues and muscle cramping. Everything I read about cramps says they're usually due to dehydration. Has anyone else experienced severe muscle cramps along with other common sciatica symptoms?
