I'm seeing a lot of posts from people saying that their English has been exempted. How do you know if your English is exempted? Does that mean we won't have to write the essays?

Also, my test is on 9 July. I'll be traveling from another city for the Habib entry test. Are the tests always held on the scheduled date, or can they be delayed? I haven't received my admit card yet, so I'm a bit concerned.
