Gunsmoke back to half hour shows today?
Anyone know why Gunsmoke is a pair of season 2, half hour episodes today? Looks like we're back to season 19 on Monday. Just a little odd, but not bad.

Basically the title. I'm really excited for this one, and I keep coming up with nonsense ideas for factions that I'm not sure would even make sense in the game. Anyone else getting the creative itchies daydreaming about Afterworld?
Okay, so that was a great time and a great watch. I subscribed just to watch! The characters are awesome and the stories are great. It is a perfect riff on The Office, being its own thing without being a clone, but still sharing the same DNA. But why are the episodes shorter than last years? For a show that is streaming only, it seems strange to make the shows shorter when they could have just go for 30-33mins, right?
I wonder if we can play a society of kindly Shelterfolk that is all about justice, knowledge, and a good life, regardless of how many cannibal tribes have to die in chains to make it happen? Or can we play militant barbarians that treasure any trace of the old world and keep people that preserve it as captive idols? With games like these, there is often a "choose one or the other" exclusions that turn the cultures and nations into good or bad, same-y, binary blobs. Do you think we will have the chance to be a mix of good and bad?
Am I missing something about maintenance? By the time I've got a line set up and everything is paid to the point where I've got a profit, my machines are all in Bad or Very Bad condition and I need to replace them. So I take out huge loans. I go through the whole game with small profits and huge loans. Is there a better way to treat the machines to keep them from wearing out constantly? Great game besides that!
Edit: How is it that a 7 year old game can generate five useful replies in 18 minutes from one post? Awesome and thank you all. I read the wiki, but I didn't exactly believe that was how players played the game. Great community, I'll check out TF3 when it drops!
Am I the only one that got a serious Aeldari vibe from the Martians? Don't get me wrong, i absolutely loved the whole design and I kind of hope a few got lost in the timestream and will end up in the Federation. I just think the armor, the headgear, the ears, the hair... it all has an Aeldari from 40k vibe? Again, not a complaint! Their armor was gorgeous and the color scheme was fantastic. I really regret that we're not going to see them again. Or at least not until after the DAoT...
