Had been putting off the roof for about a year and there was a slow drip under the kitchen sink I kept telling myself I would get to eventually. Called Intelligent Design and they had both sorted within the same week. The roof inspection turned up a couple of things I had no idea about that would have been a real headache once the monsoons came through. The plumber traced the drip further back into the wall than I expected which was good to catch before it became something worse. Written estimate before anything was touched on both jobs and neither technician tried to talk me into more than what actually needed doing. Really glad we got ahead of it before July.

I've some capes on my bedrock account (home, pan, copper and the common cape). So if i buy Minecraft on the same microsoft account, will my capes be there on both java and bedrock edition on pc?

Not gonna lie, getting local leads has probably been the most annoying part of trying to grow my agency.

I’d literally sit at night going through Google Maps for hours checking random businesses one after another lol. Open the website, check reviews, see if their socials are active, try finding an email somewhere… repeat again and again.

And the worst part is after all that work, some of them clearly weren’t even good prospects.

Recently I started changing how I do it because the whole manual research thing was honestly burning me out. Been trying a few different tools/workflows that help spot businesses that already have obvious gaps instead of me digging through everything myself.

Feels a lot less random now.

Curious how you guys are finding local business leads these days because I know I can’t be the only one tired of the Google Maps grind 😭

I’m thinking about upgrading my bedroom setup and came across the Dangbei Freedo Portable Projector, Small Space, Big Screen, but I’m not sure if it’s the right choice for a cozy room environment. I have limited space and want something that can still deliver a big, clear image without needing a complicated setup. I’d mainly use it for watching movies and shows at night, maybe some casual streaming, so picture quality and ease of use matter a lot. Has anyone used this projector in a bedroom before, and does it perform well in smaller spaces?
