For you personally, what concept of an ending/reveal wont you accept?

Eg: All a dream, written story, government experiment, hell, and etc etc.

Has anyone gotten a kitten from the same breeder maybe a few years a part one with being recent? How much has the price changed and what seems to be the average price currently? Ive seen anything from 3500-5000.

I am a mid 30s guy from USA that's been trying to become a "reader" for years. I'm just really bad at it. Every now and then i'll find a book or series that an easy read but a more likely occurrence is that I buy books that stay on my mini shelf. So if anyone is down to help this "beginner" out let me know.
