Major old-school McD fries flavor. Have a small handful, save the rest. Can’t pound a whole bag, but holy cow, the absolute flood of savoriness. Flaky, almost like pie crust or pastry. Fried in beef tallow without the heavy, sometimes rancid note of other brands’ attempts at this throwback. Worth a search and the extra cost.
