I recently modded my 3DS and noticed it takes about 20 seconds to boot up. Is this normal?
Also, I ran into an issue where I opened my 3DS from sleep mode and the bottom screen stayed frozen on the home image. I turned it off, but when I tried to turn it back on, the screens would light up but stay black. I tried rebooting and powering off through the Rosalina menu about three times. Since I just bought this 3DS, I was honestly starting to get scared I'd been scammed!
Eventually, I tried holding the Home and Power buttons at the same time, and it finally started up normally on the second attempt. Everything has been working fine since, though my custom theme did get deleted.

So excited I just bought my first ever Nintendo 3DS XL with my adult money and got a decent offer as well shout out to the seller !!! (FYI I had a DSL growing up) I’m so excited to mod it but I’m kind of bummed out that I won’t get to experience street pass when it was on its prime. I wish Nintendo would bring that back at least on Nintendo switch 😩 anyways if anyone has tips on adding things or a good video I can follow lol I would appreciate it !
