Is buying a full email access account actually safe?
Even if I can’t change the email for up to 90 days after buying the account, is it still considered secure? Or can the original owner recover it during that time?

My younger brother let one of his friends access my PlayStation account using the login code only. He did not give him the email address or the password. To my surprise, his friend managed to change the account’s sign-in email without any confirmation or approval from me. I believe he may have changed the password as well. I can no longer access the account. Is there anything I can do to recover it? Has this happened to anyone before?
