How does buying and transferring student tickets works this year since they have changed?

Update: I emailed the ticket office to know for sure. This is what they said,

“Students will not be able to sell their tickets or transfer to anyone else. If a student is unable to attend a game they will be able to return the tickets to our office and we will have a request list of students interested in purchasing tickets for that game. We will then offer any returns to students on the request list by their student priority points rankings. Please watch for information on the claims/returns process later this month.”

How does buying and transferring student tickets work now since they have changed it for this year?? Can you still buy from another student and have them transfer it?

Absolutely crazy that there are no advising appointments available I do not have time to be in a queue and wait on an advisor to get to me, it is so much easier to have an appointment so I can take off of work. So I re applied and got into the college again after taking the semester off for a program but they put in some random degree and I wanted to make an appointment to try and change it but the advisors are just not helpful at all. And yes I know the beginning of the year is super busy for them but I still think it’s crazy.
