Anycubic Photon P1 Not working out of the box

The Issue: My brand new printer is failing to start any prints. It passes the initial calibration, but as soon as I initiate a print, it enters an infinite failure loop.

What Happens:

  1. Heating Failure: During the heat-up phase, the temperature struggles to reach the target (e.g., stops at 24.98°C and fluctuates). It never actually starts the print.
  2. UI Unresponsive: If I click "Skip," the screen changes, but the printer does nothing.
  3. System Lock: If I cancel and try to "Home" the printer, it refuses to move.
  4. Calibration Loop: Any subsequent attempts to print result in the printer getting stuck on the "Movement Calibration" phase indefinitely.
  5. Hard Reset Required: The only way to regain control is to power cycle the machine.

Troubleshooting Already Attempted:

  • Tried printing multiple different files.
  • Attempted a firmware rollback to a previous version.
  • Confirmed the issue persists across different files/USB sticks.

Notes:

  • This is a brand new machine.
  • I have not opened the printer housing yet.
  • [Optional: Link to a short GIF or clip on Imgur/YouTube if you can trim your long video].

Does anyone recognize this specific error sequence or have suggestions on what might be causing the heater/motion lockup?
