How do I find private practice contact information?

I'm starting fellowship year and starting the job hunt. I'm location restricted, so want to apply in a particular area. I wanted to reach out to practices even if they don't have a listing on PathologyOutlines, but it seems like a lot of small PP groups don't really have a website? Any tips for how to find these groups and reach out to see if they could use another pair of eyes?

Ozetta Lakes pullover: Math help

Hi all,

I am relatively new to knitting and have been knitting hats, but am trying my first sweater. I chose the Lakes pullover, which I know is a bit more advanced due to the saddle shoulder construction, but none of the raglan patterns were speaking to me.

I tend to be a tight knitter than most patterns, and I tried larger needles to achieve gauge but really did not like how airy the stitches were. So, based on my stitch count, I planned to knit a size L to achieve around a S. (My gauge is ~21 sts/4 in, the pattern calls for 18 sts/4in).

I've started a saddle, and my row gauge is also off; I am 26 rows/4 in, pattern calls for 28 rows/4 in (YES, post-blocking). My saddle is about ~2 in short right now when following the pattern.

Google shows that most have longer saddles than the pattern calls for, but I have a shorter saddle. Should I continue knitting until the recommended length (which would be the length of a S, since my gauge doesn't match and I'm aiming for a size small, but following size large counts)? If so, then how would I adjust picking up the sts when shaping the back and connecting the two saddles? Is it a matter of adjusting the ratio or the number of pickups?

eg, say to achieve 7 in, I need an additional 12 stockinette rows, which makes my total stockinette row count on the saddle from 30 to 42. (total 84 of k/p) - how do I adjust with math the st pick ups?

Thanks in advance.

EDITED: Mixed up some gauge numbers, I apologize!
