I'm confused about switching from breastmilk to formula. How long are you sticking with one formula before deciding it doesn't agree with your baby? I've heard it can take two weeks, but two weeks seems like a long time to feed a baby something that doesn't agree with them.

For context, my 11 week old baby is fed pumped breastmilk. She struggles when I consume dairy/cows milk (tummy pain and fussy, acne, reflux flairs) but hasn't been diagnosed with full on cows milk protein allergy because she doesn't vomit or have blood in her stool. She's also dealt with some bottle aversion and feed rejection due to what we think is reflux - she recently started famotidine.

We want to try Bobbie Gentle - a cows milk based formula that's partially hydrolyzed - but obviously don't want to hurt her tummy more than the average switching to formula. Any advice?

Why oh why do I get the craziest anxiety whenever my kiddo is sick?? I'm a pretty type B person overall, but the second my daughter gets sick, I'm making plans to go to the ER, I have intrusive thoughts about leaving her to sleep alone overnight with a fever, I'm just an irrational ball of energy! Can anyone else relate? Any coping mechanisms?
