39 weeks

Did anyone continue working out at and past 39 weeks? The thought of lifting a weight or spinning (I just pedal) makes me even more tired

34 weeks

I kept up a workout routine of weights, peloton cycling and pilates alternating 6 days a week. Dropped down to 5 days and now I just did 30 mins of spinning and am cooked. I normally like to do 30 mins of pilates after and I just can’t. I am having a hard time adapting to this, I know it’s temporary. Did anyone else experience a decline in endurance and just mentally tapping out?

29 weeks

I’ve been strength training 4 to 5 days a week up until now. I’m feeling like three days feel sufficient. I have pelvic pain and I’m tired. I feel guilty not doing my four days… Did anybody reduce their workout days towards the end?

Peloton

26 weeks now with back and vagina pain. I do my peloton bike 1 to 2 times a week. It doesn’t bother me, but I do feel so sore and very tired after. Wondering if this happened to anybody else with spinning and when you stopped?
