Not really sure what these are, they kind of just popped up. Ive had minor little baby hives before but nothing to this extent or number.

I don’t know if it was the food I ate last night, the sweater i was wearing or simply stress.

But now, these welts (?) are warm, itchy and it’s hard to the touch.

Was wondering if anyone has seen/experienced this before or has any advice on how to alleviate the discomfort and/or get rid of these entirely?

Also, never had an allergy test and last time I had a blood test everything came back good.

(The welts were there before the tight strap)
