Hi friends, I have been taking Slynd since December.
Context: I have stage 4 endo and PMDD with some serious OCD flareups in the two weeks pre period. All other pills made PMDD worse despite using citalopram.
So ... researched what could work for PMDD+endo. Found slynd thanks to Chat GPT.
And it has been LIFE SAVING!!! No bleeding...no pain, no mood swings, nada. Can workout consistently and look healthy for the first time in my life. No missing work and being knocked out in bed from period pain.
MY QUESTION: is it safe to take this pill back to back and skip placebo pills? I am in the UK and no GP or gyno can seem to tell me (Struggling to get another gyno appt - last time they told me to take a break every three months to be safe but i can't do this when a period knocks me out and im dysfunctional).
MY SECOND QUESTION: i am having some break through bleeding and this is leading to pain (bleeding i believe triggers endo pain). Does anyone know how to stop this while skipping placebo? I have only had spotting once in 6 months.
