My wet hairs looks like this(Preety worried because i can see hair all around my roon) but in dry hairs it looks preety decent. Is it time to visit doc?

I am 26(M)When i Massage my hairs i can easily see 15-20 hairs, any suggestion to reduce it or any suggestion for that bald patches.
