Erection that goes away

This is so confusing. How can a man have a very hard erection but lose it within just a few minutes, what is the explanation for what is going on? I have had ED problems for several years but it has gotten better over the past month or so. My only explanation is my TRT is providing a little boost. My urologist doesn't seem to think that TRT helps with ED much at all, only libido. Anyway, I am getting super strong morning wood and I can get an erection sometimes on my own and with Viagra or Cialis, I've been getting very good erections. But they will sometimes deflate way too quick. And if I use Trimix, it stays hard until we are done. Is there a potential explanation?

I am 72. Have used Trimix for a few months. But as I said, am happy that erections are back but disappointed they often do not last. Is it a venous leak, which I have read a bit about or could it just be that my circulatory system has deteriorated? I do have heart disease, had CABG Nov 2024 and had 3 stent procedures over the past 20 years prior to that. I lead an active lifestyle.

Or, I suppose that maybe my overall body maybe has recovered more completely from heart surgery. Instead of the TRT. I have no idea.

How to set up windfall for a relative

I am fortunate to have done well financially. I have a relative who seems allergic to earning money but certainly loves to spend it. On his meager income, buys stuff that is top of the line instead of mid-grade. And is perpetually having to borrow money from me. There is no hope for him financially without me. I get him out of debt and think he's good to go and I'll be danged if he doesn't get more credit cards and does it again.

So, what I'd like to do is set him up forever, once and for all. I am hesitant to give him a large lump sum, fearing that he would not manage it well enough to last his lifetime. He's 67, I'm 72. My thought is some kind of trust or other vehicle. But what if he needs a new vehicle or other large expenditure someday. Or needs or wants this or that but the ongoing distributions are great for daily life but not a large lump sum that he could draw from to buy the large purchase. And so forth. Have been thinking that if you set something up that has set distributions, that might be hard to change? What kind of setup could one have such that you could extract enough to buy a vehicle from the total 'principal?'

I guess I could, literally, retain the 'lump sum' in my name and just distribute to him monthly. And draw a large sum from the 'principal' if he needs a large item. I would be in total control. But, from his viewpoint, that isn't as 'solid' as setting up something official such as a trust. Such that he could rely on this financial windfall to be there. If a trust was set up with x-amount distribution guaranteed by the official trust, I suppose that this would be bankable? Meaning he could get a loan. That would be different from him telling a banker, "Oh, my brother sends me x-amount each month." I don't know if they would/could rely on that.

OTOH, I suppose I could just tell him this is the end of the line. I'm setting aside x-amount to take care of you for the rest of your life. I will send you x-amount monthly. If you need a new truck or want a large sum for this or that, it comes out of the initial 'award.' If that initial award gets to zero, you're on your own. Of course, if he requests this or that I could also say no. Advice sure would be welcome.

Why the hoodie?

What's up with Bob wearing the hoodie? Does it allow him to 'hide?' Not a fan of this and it certainly wasn't a one-off, he seems to have adopted it for stage attire. Just curious. Is he cold?

Finally tried, had success / question on drug length of life

I finally tried this stuff and it was great. I hardly felt the needle. I mean, less than a mosquito bite. For anyone fearing the needle, don't. I used a 5/16" needle, it was 30 or 31 gauge. I wore my gf out, lol. Gave her multiple sessions, four orgasms, so, all is well, she loved it. My Rx was for 5 units of Trimix 105 but I did about 3.5 just to be conservative, and it worked! That was about a week ago. Did it again today and success again, same dosage. We don't live in the same city, I usually see her only every 2-3 weeks, bummer!

I forgot the drug vial was out and left it at room temp for about two hours. Do you think it will be ok? I put it back in the fridge. Which is where it was stored for the past week. It was in the freezer prior to my first use.

Also, what is the life of this drug mix? Like, do you get maybe six months before it's ineffective?

EDIT: Google says once it is thawed first time, it lasts maybe 30-45 days. ? If so, I will need to change tactics and maybe when I unthaw it upon receiving it, I can make it up into doses into syringes and keep in the freezer? Because it might be a stretch to use a vial in 30-45 days since we don't live together.
