First, I just wanna say im absolutely vibing with Something Wicked. I think it’s my favorite drop of theirs since Psycho. Really excited to hear the direction they took for the rest of the album.
Main point of my post. I’m an underground hip hop producer and rapper. BB is my fav band of all time, grew up on them. And so I’m not just stopping in here to promote anything. Yall can see my posts and comments and such. I don’t even plan to share my artist name or anything, just doing this for the love of the game.
Today I been doing some Something Wicked based freestyles to one of my beats. I’m really vibing with it and think I may go record it. It’ll be my own thing entirely, it’s literally hip hop, but the title is obviously a nod to both BB and STARSET referencing Macbeth.
I’m just wondering if there’s any other hip hop heads that would wanna hear the track when it’s finished, I can DM it directly to you. I don’t want any exposure or anything, I think it would be corny and wack to actually try to fully capitalize on the release of Something Wicked and try to get exposure from it. This is basically just a nod to both of my favorite bands, as I said.
