Unintentional weight loss of 6 pounds

Little terrified. I have some GI issues we are figuring out, however during this, my Dr mentioned I lost six pounds in a month and need to keep an eye on that. I googled and now I'm scared. I haven't had any new meds, foods, etc. Except the last week I have been barely eating due to my GI issues. Any positive ideas? I'm scared there's something brewing inside me and I don't know what yet 😭

How do you cope while waiting for doctor appointments or results?

I'm a hot mess. Have some GI issues and it's still unknown what's going on, but I'm so incredibly anxious. I won't know much until next week. How do you all cope with the waiting? Sometimes I feel I'm doing ok then others I freak out again out of nowhere. I hate having health anxiety so much 😞.

Curious if anyone's has slightly elevated levels off and on again and it caused by something other than pancreatitis? Like an ulcer or something?

Slightly elevated lipase levels w/ upper left abd pain near rib

Last year I had bad pain near my left kidney. Testing done everything looked ok but I had slightly elevated lipase levels at 74 units/L. Nothing really became of it and didn't have pain anymore. Repeated labs a few days later and lipase was down to 46.

The other day I had began to get the pain in my upper left abdomen area, almost like a bruise. Seemed to get more noticable after I ate. Got an ultrasound and everything looked good, though they couldn't see all of my pancreas due to normal stomach gas. However I just got my labs back and my lipase is at 91 units/L this time. I know it's not crazy high, but I am so scared something is happening to my pancreas. I had nausea the other night pretty bad also. I guess my question is even tho it's not the 3 times high to indicate acute pancreatitis, should I be worried and what should I do? My Dr should be calling but I'm just worrying myself. 😔. I'm also selfishly afraid I won't be able to enough greasy foods anymore 😭. Which I know is the least of the concerns and I don't mean to be rude by saying it out loud. What do you guys eat to help your pancreas? I guess any advice or tips would be helpful.
