Hi! I have a set up of mostly flats, and some AIOs with covers. They have been carefully stored for 3 years. How should I prep them for my newborn? Do I need to strip and sanitize? Or is just a regular wash ok?

How to clean grout lines on stone tile on bathroom
My bathroom has this build up along the grout lines. It goes away if I scrape it with a knife. I live in a hard water area so it could be lime scale?
It wasn’t like that when we moved in a few years ago. I’ve asked my cleaner about it but she didn’t have any suggestions. Her approach to cleaning the bathroom is to just mop with a bit of Miniml floor cleaner and call it a day.
I’d love to give her some suggestions for how to remove it and how to prevent it moving forward.
