If I have a roommate who has a dog and I walk into the kitchen and see the dog has thrown up on the floor is it my responsibility to clean up the throw up? My roommate is out for the day running errands at the moment. I do not take any responsibility for the dog whatsoever. I don’t feed it, let it out, check its water or anything of that nature. Just cohabitate with it.
