Off to Kentish Town tonight to see the one and only Baklava and I just realised something..
The first time I saw the big guy was 17th May 2014.. twelve years ago AND at the same venue as tonight!
Anyone else went to that gig?

I have a voluntary exit from my workplace coming up and am going to get a 30k tax free amount. Thinking of how best to utilise the money, I am considering-
4k into a LISA for 26-27 FY
16k split between cash ISA and stocks ISA- what percentage split would you recommend/ opinons? I know this isn’t financial advice, but just out of curiosity?
Save 10k in standard savings account until new tax year, then put into ISA for the 27/28 FY.
Any other savings options I might not have thought about which I should look into?
I’m then considering putting the surplus into my workplace pension (civil service alpha) as I can then avoid paying higher tax on it. I’m relatively young so will be going into new work opportunities, not straight into retirement.
Thoughts or alternative options/ opinions?
