What to say if you don't know drink names??

I've never waitressed before, but I have a trial shift coming up. It's just occurred to me that usually when a server brings you your food/drinks, they say what it is before placing it down so they know who to give it to.

Probably a stupid question, but what on earth do I say/do if I have no idea which drink is what? My alcohol knowledge is very slim so I'm afraid of making a huge fool of myself 😅

Obviously I'll be taking their order and then serving them the drinks. But I've had past experiences where I've been given random drinks and told to take them to a certain table, and it's just awkward not knowing what to say when you serve them.

What topics would you like to see in a pagan book?

Hi everyone, I'm an aspiring author whose work is deeply rooted within pagan and celtic beliefs. I'm currently working on a religious book that focuses on pagan values, almost like a "pagan version of the bible" if you will (though I wouldn't call it this).

I have a list of things I'd like to write into the book, and I feel it's important to get others' opinions as well as just what I'd like to write about.

As fellow celtic/gaelic pagans, what sort of things would you be interested in reading about in a book like this?

For example, here are some of the topics I'm already including: sabbaths and traditions, prayers and deity worship, herbalism, communication with nature, divine feminine and divine masculine etc.

Edit: It's not related to modern wicca or spirituality like some people seem to be getting weirdly panicked about.
