I did this today

EDIT: I'd like to thank everyone for their kind words and consideration explaining the technical implications of the setup without being overly judgmental. As noted this setup is well below 300 lbs, although it's is 10 inches from the bumper not six which has additional implications. I do have an acquaintance who has the same setup and runs dirtbike all the time on a 2025 Crosstrek wilderness. He inspired me to try this out. Again thanks for all your kind words an explanations. I'll keep them in consideration as this is more of a experiment than the normal way I transport bikes which is in a full size Dodge 2500..

Tried out putting the dirtbike on the Crosstrek today. Bike is 2022 KTM 300XCW, weighs about 240lbs wet and MotoTote rack is about 40lbs, so I'm well under 500lbs max weight of my Torklift hitch. Car is definitely squatting, maybe 1" or so in front vs the normal rake. Drove fine although it kinda felt more sluggish on the freeway, changing lanes and stuff. Bike tires are outside the body so I definitely felt some drag.

Anyone else haul dirtbikes on their Crosstrek? Thinking right off the bat I should get stiffer suspension in the rear at least. This is 26 Wilderness totally stock.
