I'm doing a language map of Europe and I need to have a way to show regions where two languages are spoken side-by-side; to do this I'm using the 'Dark Downward Diagonal' fill. However, the large scale that I am working at just makes the two colours blend together, going against the effect that I was wanting to show. Is there a way that I can upscale the fill pattern to make it visible when viewing the image as a whole?

Say, in 1943, Hitler has a change of heart about using chemical weapons against the allies, and puts them into mass production, using them on the Eastern front, in Italy and in Normandy (if that even happens). What would happen, and what would the consequences be?
