Is there any way to customize the Workout Step Alert / Rep Finish screen on Instinct 3 Solar?

Hello everyone!

I’m using an Instinct 3 Solar and running interval workouts sent over from Garmin Connect.

​Whenever a rep finishes, the watch flashes the default Workout Step Alert screen for a few seconds to summarize the interval. The issue is, I want to see my Lap Pace (or Last Lap Pace) on that exact screen the moment the rep ends so I know if I hit my target.

​Right now, it just shows the elapsed time and next rep, just basic step info. (For example, 4mins elapsed, 2 min recovery as the next step, which is pointless in this workout, 6x4min, as I already know that, but I don't know the exact pace I run that last interval)

I know I can customize the standard "Auto Lap" alert screen, and it works for auto laps on normal, non-workout runs and also works when I do manual laps, but I can't edit the workout one.

Help me choose the right size

Hello,

Which one is the right one for me?

I like the bulky look of the 50mm but not sure if I can pull it off as a daily watch.

As far as sports go, I'm mostly just running if that matters, not sure if the size makes any difference there.

Also I guess it would be more annoying to sleep with the 50mm?

Any advices would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
