I have heard that cropping pictures helps - do you have to crop all of them or just the first one?

I have also heard that reducing price helps “refresh” your listing - does it have to be reduced by a certain %? Can you trick the algorithm by increasing the price, and then decreasing so there is a larger difference?

What about changing the title or description slightly? Or changing the category?

I realize no one really knows for sure what the algorithm is, but trying to understand what has seemed to work for others rather than re-listing.
