Pilea Plant a bit yellow :(
Hi! I finally got my first pilea :D
I definitely need some advice on her though lol
I got my pilea around March and she’s been fine for a while until recently one of the leafs started drooping. I didn’t think it was THAT big of a deal as I watered her when needed, she got sunlight and was spun around everytime. But idk she started turning a little yellow and see through, with a little rip turning black. She’s always had that rip from when I first got her but I wasn’t sure if I needed to cut it.
But anyway yeah :( at least my other ones seem happy (I hope so) but I am worried something could happen to them soon if I don’t figure it out now.

On the last slide, is that a new leaf growing in? I really want pups to grow as I’m planning on potentially propagating them in water, but I’m sooo impatient 😣 if there’s some things I should know about propagating them, I’d really appreciate some advice on that too!
Update: I checked her this morning and she developed a brown spot! So crazy it only came after a my post lol. Sadly when I was inspecting the leaf just fell off so I guess I will see how the rest of the plant progresses 💔 thank you so much for the help!
