Hi, I have a room available in Tahoe Park for $800. Available on 5/23/26. It is 3 bed 2 bath. You’d be sharing a bathroom with 1 person. There are 3 cats, so no additional pets, sorry. There are additional monthly fees for SMUD and WiFi.

The house is very close to the UCD med center. There is a spacious backyard. One roommate is a full time student, the other is employed full time. Both roommates identify as non binary lesbians.
