Hi all. Looking for ANY advice on next steps. I’m very stuck.

Basics: 5’6 23y/o female. 120lbs. See pics

Lowest weight was 113lbs (about 9 months ago, bikini photo attached) and highest was 140 (about 2 years ago). Even at 113lbs, I was still not lean.

Current exercise: none, I get about 6-8k steps at work (healthcare, 10hr shifts). Gym is not currently feasible. 4 days a week (workdays), I do have access to dumbbells/treadmill/mat.

Diet: 1600-1700cals/day. Definitely have some bad weekends where I have a 2000-2500 day, cutting back on those.

Is this bloating? Is it fat? I look like I’m at least 150lbs. I have very long legs and a short torso but other people I see at my weight and height are very lean. Open to any at home workouts 4x a week <30min. Going to try to run once a week as well.
