My 50ml vial of compounded tirze was accidentally placed in the freezer by the office janitor. I always stored it in the refrigerator but for some reason, it was transferred to the freezer without my consent. Does this mean my vial is already ineffective? I have only taken 3 doses :( Sayang naman. Does anyone have any experience with using thawed tirze after being stored in the freezer?
Is this normal? I am on my third month of compounded tirz from &you. The first 2 months I just did 2.5 mg and I didn’t have any side effects. Last week, I upped my dose to 4mg (supposed to be 5 according to instructions but I was afraid of titrating up too fast). I have been having watery diarrhea for 6 days now. I can’t keep food down, feeling weak, drinking electrolytes and imodium but nothing has worked to stop it. This is making me rethink taking the 2nd shot. Has anyone had this experience? Should I go back down to 2.5 mg or 3 mg? HELP!!!!
