One more from Man About Town - Luke in Bridgerton blue! 😍😍

It's a convo bw Luke and Nicola about Bridgerton! Sounds interesting...

"Seven years into the talk-of-the-Ton Bridgerton saga, Luke Thompson is next up through the cultural touchstone’s revolving door of leading men. As his free-spirited, bohemian Benedict Bridgerton finally encounters love after four seasons of graceful wandering, the 37-year-old is poised to command the spotlight that accompanies centre stage. Sitting down with castmate and Season 3 lead Nicola Coughlan, the pair talk theatre mishaps, the paradoxes of fame, Thompson’s spirited journey with fellow Season 4 lead Yerinha_ and the discombobulation of the Bridgerton press tour. It’s a reminder that few cut to the heart of a story quite like Lady Whistledown. Head to manabouttown.tv to pre-order the issue now!"

Wait for real, we beat The Pitt in viewership??!

Yes I said we, bc we, the Benophie sub, absolutely contributed to these numbers! Go us! 😆

I just checked and The Pitt S2 came out on Jan 8, and S4 came out on Jan 29 so they had a couple weeks ahead of us. All the obsessive rewatches are paying off lol.

Happy 4 months of yearning, angsty, kite-flying, bathtuby Benophie joy! I see you mods, and appreciate your regular timely sub stat changes (or whatever those numbers are called).

end of s3 ➡️ end of s4

Well this gave me the all the feels 🥹🪁 (source)

Any other fun/cute content helping you through the eternity until season 5, where we'll gobble up whatever Benophie crumbs they give us? That 1 month wait between parts 1 & 2 feels like nothing now lol.

Who had more servants - the Royal Palace or Bridgerton House?

I'll take any scene that makes Footman John gasp lightly.

ETA: This was for fun friends 🙃 I wasn't actually trying to suggest the Bridgertons had more servants than the Palace lol.

So I'm just sitting here rewatching season 2, minding my own business when all of a sudden here's Violet saying the exact same line in the exact same tone as Benedict when they're both heartbroken and depressed!!

Obviously Violet's scene came first, so actually Benedict said it just like Violet, which makes it more testament to Luke T's amazing acting skills.

I love a full circle moment! This is so good, I'm as deceased as Edmund.

Posting to add onto the last post about the lead couples' chemistry in the dance rehearsals, which is so accurate for every couple. The flow bw the dance studio to the set to the final edit is ethereal (istg) and absolutely speaks to the leads' chemistry and translates to Benedict & Sophie's chemistry.

Posting to add onto the last post about the lead couples' chemistry in the dance rehearsals, which is so accurate. As time goes on we get more and more media coverage on things - for better or worse lol - so as others mentioned, it is only fair to include this gorgeous in-depth footage of Luke & Yerin's rehearsals. The flow bw the dance studio to the set to the final edit is ethereal (istg) and absolutely speaks to the leads' chemistry.

One of my favorite scenes, even more so now that Benedict found his muse 🪁 I love a full circle moment, thanks Bridgerton writers! The stark contrast bw Anthony's and Benedict's personalities is so fun here too. I'm glad Anthony appreciated Benedict's impromptu verse and I'm also grateful he cut short his poor attempt at plagiarism at Lady Danbury's soiree 🫠

Poetry is not my strong suit either and I always wonder about Benedict's shots at Byron. I'm with Anthony - wasn't Byron a prominent poet? Why does Benedict say he sucks? Is there a book reference I'm missing? And they clearly made Lord Lumley a big fan of Byron - what's the motivation there given he's Anthony's competition for Edwina, not Benedict's?

Side note: Idk about anyone else but I thought Lord Lumley was quite dashing and recited the hell out of that poem.
