hi, I'm trying to find a ticket for myself for one of her canada shows (Toronto or montreal) and the Ticketmaster website seems to not work??

I'm wondering if websites like seatgeek or chatting with someone on FB market is safe?? I've never bought resale tickets before but I really wanna see Olivia live.
