Initiation tools and first build ideas

Hello, watch passionate but newbie here.

I have been reading the sub and, after going through the sticky post, I am trying to put together a list of tools to get started in this hobby and build my first watch. I have selected them from AliExpress since I do not want to overspend in the beginning.

Any feedback will be very welcome.

I have also put pictures of the parts for the build, am I missing something? What are your thoughts? I know the case is pretty big, but the person I am gifting this watch has quite big wrists.

Thank you all!

Recent acquisition (hopefully not a fake)

I've acquired this Oris some weeks ago, as I found a rather good price on it, but after all the fake posts, I am worried it might be a fake. After buying it I brought it to a watchmaker to clean it up and change the dome glass, but I am still worried. Is there any big tell for you in the picture? Thank you!

Feeling that in low ELO is full of cheaters

Im currently 1400 ELO (Lichess) 1300 (chesscom)

This is just a vent post. It has been quite hellish lately playing on chesscom or Lichess. Games that I start winning, and then the opponent starts seeing things they didn't see before, not missing a single tactic or setup. Then, after you fall into a trap, they start playing like shit again, but you are already lost, a piece down or in a losing position.

I have that sensation every other game. I mentioned it to my teacher and we played some non-ranked games on Lichess together. 3/4 of the games we played against 1400ish opponents were extremely difficult for even him, with very little to no mistakes, ending in two draws. My teacher is 2300, and he is a regular club player, so not very used to internet games. He told me that the most likely thing happening was that after a very shit opening, or seeing themselves in a losing position, they turn on the engine to see how things are going, turn the tables, and then leave it off for a bit. Undetectable, untraceable, but making the chess experience very sad and unsatisfying.

There are times when I go on a losing streak because I am not focused or I can acknowledge my own obvious mistakes, but sometimes, it feels a bit off, and I am starting to get tired of it at this point.

Perhaps it is only me, but do you feel the same way? It is really sucking the passion out of the game for me.

Im currently 1500 (Lichess) and 1300 (chesscom) no OTB experience.
